Established in 1980, Swee Seng aims to provide secure electrical solutions for homes and businesses. From a small repair shop, we has grown into a leading Electrical Engineering Installation Service Provider. In 2019, a solar division was introduced, dedicated to pioneering new energy solutions. Today, our company consists of two divisions: Swee Seng Electrical which provides electric wiring and security system services, and Swee Seng Solar focuses on eco-friendly energy solutions for various buildings. With a legacy of expertise and a commitment to renewable energy, we are dedicated to delivering top-notch services and promoting sustainable energy adoption across industries, benefitting society and the environment.

Mr. Lim Kok Cheong, our esteemed Founder and CEO, began his journey as an electrical technician at age 14. Pioneering Swee Seng in 1980, he is now in charge of business strategy and external relations, emphasising sustainability and environmental responsibility as fundamental principles.

Mdm. Lee Sui Chin, our esteemed CFO, manages finances and embodies our philanthropic values. Engaged in initiatives like blood donation and Pink Ribbon breast cancer campaigns, her dedication defines compassion within our organisation.

Mr. Hubert Lim Qi Hong, our COO, oversees operations and business development. With over 10 years of engineering experience internationally and locally, his knowledge and passion for renewables will lead the company towards advancements in the development of new energy.

1985
Expand business to provide Electrical Installation Service for residential buildings.
1990
Expand Electrical Installation Service to commercial and Industrial buildings.
1997
Our First Housing Developer Project at Taman Sri Yaacob.
1998
Our First Commercial Project at Giant Supermarket Megamall, the first and largest Gaint in Malaysia.
1999
Registered as Swee Seng Electrical Engineering Sendirian Berhad.
2005
Our First Maslee Project at Taman Cendawan, Masai
2012
Our First Mixed- Development Project. Commercial and industrial buildings at Setia Tropika
2017
Our First Regional Infrastructure Development Project.
Gambir Square at Bukit Gambir, Johor.
2019
Expand core business into New Energy. Two main service divisions:
